Stepping Stone 1 Whether recently retired, unemployed, or undecided about what the next steps might be, this client-focused service introduces a series of programs to assist with goal-planning and direction for those who are in “transition” thus providing information in a 1-to-1 setting or within a group.

Stepping Stone 2Using practical, hands-on activities in presentations and workshops with tools such as: Vision Boards, Assessments, Situation Games, Self-Reports, Topic Related Guest Speakers, Discussions, and other resources.

Stepping Stone 3The facilitated activities are conducted based on the Interview and Referral Information that is received prior to the appointment. Request for services is based on the needs and topics that may address these needs. We will work to create a plan and establish steps to make positive changes in how the obstacles or barriers affect movement toward achieving a successful outcome. This process works by keeping the individual in the center of the equation.
